6 to 8 inches of snow fell yesterday and 10 inches of fresh snow fell overnight on top of our 16 to 28 inch base. Giving us a total of 16-18 inches of new snow in the past two days. The forecast is calling for more snow this morning, then becoming mostly cloudy by the afternoon. We are back to mid-winter conditions. Coverage is excellent and with a surface that ranges from fresh powder to machine groomed packed powder, conditions are prime for laying out fresh tracks! Big Bear Mountain Resorts offers more terrain, more lifts and more park features than any other Southern California Resort with 100% of our lifts are available and 98% of our runs are open! Although it may take a little extra time getting here, conditions are well worth the drive.
