Big Bear received 4 to 8 inches of snow in the past couple of days leaving us with perfectly packed powder conditions. Today should be awesome, with an expected break between weather systems. The winter weather system blew through the valley last night leaving 5 to 7 inches of fresh new snow for a storm total of 8 to 12 inches in the past 24 hours! The base depth is 3 to 4 feet and the runs are in pristine shape with powder and fresh cut corduroy to be had by all. The snow coverage is the best it's been all winter.
