Happy holidays! Come spend your holiday season at Big Bear Mountain Resorts and enjoy a wide variety of terrain at both Snow Summit and Bear Mountain where most of the runs are open! The base is currently 18 to 36 inches with excellent coverage on the open runs. The surface is machine groomed hard packed granular with an icy subsurface with softening during the day depending on daytime temperatures.

Today's forecast is calling for mostly clear skies with highs reaching into the upper 50s and lows dropping into the low 30s.

Holiday Period Hours of Operation:

The holiday period at Big Bear Mountain Resorts is December 18, 2004 through January 2, 2005.
Snow Summit’s holiday hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily. During the holiday period, night sessions are scheduled nightly at Snow Summit from 3:00 pm to 9:30 pm. through January 1, 2005 with the exception of Christmas, 12/25. Bear Mountain’s holiday hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily. Please note holiday rates are in effect through January 2nd.

Please remember to always carry chains in your vehicle when traveling to the mountains.
