While other Southern California resorts are having to close because of lack of snow, Big Bear Mountain Resorts' superior snowmaking has allowed us to make enough snow to last into April. Countless runs and trails are open with 24 available lifts and we expect to remain open at least through Easter! Select chairlifts will operate midweek as business volume warrants providing access to all open runs. Cooler temperatures are allowing us to maintain good to excellent coverage on a 12 to 36 inch base. Much more open runs, open lifts and coverage is offered at Snow Summit and Bear Mountain.
