Here is what snowforecast.com has to say about today's weather
"Today winds really increase by afternoon with similar chilly temperatures expected in a continued moist flow aloft. A strong low pressure system developing and dropping through California sends some serious wind and a cold front through Wednesday, with snow levels going from 9,000 feet in heavy showers this evening, down to near 7,000 feet in lighter snow showers during the day on Wednesday. We may get a few inches of snow at Resort base elevations, with better snowfall possible up top on Wednesday with winds expected to decrease. The peaks could really get dumped on when all is said and done"

Get out the jackets folks. It's cold and windy. Can't wait until the snow has fallen and the sun comes back. Guess we are kind of spoiled here with over 300 days of sunshine. But what the heck... I got a fire going and the hot chocolate is waiting. I'll keep you all posted as to how much snow we just had.

Stay dry :-)
