Current Conditions:---
The resorts received a thin layer of new, natural snow overnight!
All runs are open at both resorts with excellent coverage and a machine groomed granular hard packed surface under a thin layer of new, natural snow. Our base is currently 3-4 feet, which is the deepest it has been in years! Please note that runs and lifts will be open, weather permitting and as business volumes warrant.

Forecasts are calling for partly cloudy skies with northwest winds. Cooler temperatures are expected with highs reaching into the mid 40s and lows dropping into the mid 20s.

Snow Summit: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. – The next night sessions are scheduled for this Friday and Saturday night from 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.; weather and conditions permitting. Bear Mountain: 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Please note: Regular season rates are in effect Sunday through Friday. Peak season rates are in effect on Saturdays ONLY in January and February.

Road Conditions:

The main route into Big Bear, Hwy 330/18 through Running Springs, is open with chains required on all vehicles except for those with 4-WD and snow tires. Expect delays as this is the ONLY route in and out of the Big Bear Valley at this time! Hwy 38 through Redlands is closed until further notice due to a rock slide. Hwy 18 through the Lucerne Valley remains closed due to storm damage. Keep in touch with this report or contact CalTrans at 1-800-427-ROAD for the latest on road conditions. As a result of storm damage, expect delays Monday - Friday due to ongoing road repairs.
