BIG BEAR MOUNTAIN RESORTS SNOW REPORT

This report is for: Thursday, January 5, 2006 updated at 6:00 a.m.
A fast-moving storm blew through Big Bear on Monday night and left us with 6 inches of new snow.
Snowmaking was able to resume after the storm and now conditions are very good at Snow Summit and Bear
Mountain.

Today's snow surface: Machine-groomed hard pack that will develop a thin, wet layer during the day.
Today's Snow Coverage: Very good on the open runs.
Snow Depth: 12 inches on the open runs.
Forecasts: Clear skies with warmer temperatures and light breezes.
Highs are expected to reach the low 50s with overnight lows dropping into the mid 30s.
