4 to 6 INCHES OF NEW SNOW FELL OVERNIGHT This spring storm has brought with it 4 to 6 inches of snow overnight to add to the 2 inches of new snow we received on Monday night.
Scattered showers are forecasted for this morning with a few isolated showers in the afternoon. Winter's far from over at Big Bear Mountain Resorts with well above average snow pack for spring! Hwy 38 from Redlands and Hwy 18 from the Lucerne Valley are open with chains required on all vehicles except 4-wheel drive with snow tires. Hwy 330 will be closed from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday thru Thursday and from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Please use alternate routes Hwy 38 from Redlands and Hwy 18 from the Lucerne Valley to get to the resorts. Snow Summit Day Session: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Snow Summit Half-day Session: 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Snow Summit Night Session: Not scheduled.
Bear Mountain Day Session: 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Bear Mountain Half-day Session: 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
