Big Bear Mountain Resorts is open for the 2007/2008 winter season!!!

Snow Summit is open for skiing and snowboarding with Miracle Mile open top-to-bottom! Chair 8 and the moving carpet #3 are open accessing Bear Bottom beginners area for first time skiers and snowboarders.

Bear Mountain is open with beginner and intermediate terrrain and features available. Chair 7 is open accessing Inspiration run and Central Park offers intermediate terrain with numerous features from the Euro Gap and corrugated tube to a new steal quarter pipe and more! The Park Run is expected to open soon! We had several nights and days of snowmaking and we will continue to make more snow as conditions permit.Each resort covers hundreds of acres of ski runs each season with an average of three to five feet of man-made snow, the equivalent of about ten feet of natural snow. So no matter what the temperature is in the city BBMR will have real snow all winter long!
