Bear Mountain is open with Inspiration run and a dozen jibs! As predicted, both resorts had an impressive night of snowmaking top-to-bottom on our most popular runs; Miracle Mile at Snow Summit and Park Run at Bear Mountain. Snowmaking continues at Summit on Upper Westridge, Zzyzx and Bear Bottom beginner area. Bear Mountain is making more snow on Inspiration run, Central Park and The Scene. Forecasts have been consistent with the idea of a BIG change in the overall weather pattern, bringing possibly much colder temperatures and maybe even snow showers late in the week.
