Snow Summit Open on Friday, Saturday and Possibly Sunday!
Thanks to an unprecedented amount of snow in March and April, Big Bear Mountain Resorts still has plenty of snow left with fantastic spring conditions. Snow Summit will suspend operations on Wednesday April 26th and Thursday April 27th due to expected inclement weather and business volume but will resume operations on Friday April 28th, Saturday April 29th, and possibly Sunday April 30th .

Snow Summit will have selected chairlifts operating on an as- needed basis. Please stay in touch with our web- site snow conditions page or our toll free snow report number (800)BEAR.MTN for the most current information. Will a chance of snow fall in the next two days you will not want to miss out on the last turns of the season so head on up to Snow Summit on Friday and Saturday.SNOW SUMMIT WILL BE OPEN FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND POSSIBLY SUNDAY.Snow Summit will have chair 2,3,7,8 and 9 open with access to all open runs with terrain available for all levels. Ski and snowboard schools, rentals, food service, and the sport shop will be available at Snow Summit only. Bear Mountain The 2005/2006 snow season has come to an end at Bear Mountain. BEAR MOUNTAIN ONLY SEASON PASSES WILL BE VALID AT SNOW SUMMIT THROUGH THE END OF THE SEASON.

HALF-DAY GETAWAY PROGRAMThis program lets you ski or ride all morning and leave in time to be home by early afternoon—with some real savings! You can get a credit voucher for up to $15 if you turn in your all-day lift ticket by 1:00 p.m. at any open ticket window (amount of voucher varies based on price of ticket). The voucher is good toward the purchase of another lift ticket good for one year to date. ALL ROADS TO BIG BEAR MOUNTAIN RESORTS ARE OPEN AND CLEAR WITH NO RESTRICTIONS.

Weather Forecast: Mostly cloudy with scattered snow showers possible through the day. Snow levels should be near 5,500 to 6,000 feet. Isolated thunderstorms are also possible. Today's highs are expected to reach the low 40s with overnight lows dropping into the mid 20s.

Regular Season rates are now in effect daily:
Adults: All day $49 -Half day $39
Young adults (ages 13-21 with valid ID ): All day $39 - Half day $29
Children (ages 7-12): All day $19 - Half day $14 Children 6 and under are always free with a paying adult.
Resort Hours of Operation: (FRIDAY AT SNOW SUMMIT)
Snow Summit Day Session: 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Snow Summit Half-day Session: 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Snow Summit Night Session: Night sessions are no longer scheduled for the rest of this season.
